The Trade Unions are governing Wales at “arms length.”

 

I have been wondering for a while who is really governing Wales.

Who really is responsible for the mess of devolution?

I have been following  Labour Uncut for a while, and my conclusions seem to lead that the Senate in Cardiff Bay is run by the Trade Unions.

An “at arms length” government dictated to by the Trade Unions!

What a con devolution has been………….
